Cheese Slaw

This recipe was given to me by my niece. It is WONDERFUL! The texture makes it more interesting than a smooth cheese appetizer usually is. Don't be afraid to try this, the Jalapeno peppers are surprisingly not overwhelming! You won't be able to stop eating this delicious stuff.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bags shredded Swiss cheese (Kroger Brand)
  • 1 cup banana peppers, chopped (from jar)
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeno peppers, chopped (from jar)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix everything together just so it holds together. Add more mayonnaise if needed, a spoonful at a time. You don't want too much.

Serve with Dorito Brand Chips or tortilla chips

Are the bags 4 ounces each? If they are 8 ounces that sounds like an awful lot of cheese (2 pounds) for the amount of canned peppers used. Please let me know because I am interested in giving this a try.
