Use Old Wash Cloth to Remove Nail Polish

Instead of using a tissue or cotton ball to remove nail polish, I use an old washcloth. I find this works much better because the texture of the washcloth helps scrub off the polish and it doesn't shred or tear like the tissues do. I also find I am using much less polish remover.

After I've used it a few times, I just throw it in the washer. The nail polish won't come out, but the remover does. This helps save money by using less polish remover, less tissues and is environmentally friendly.

What a good idea. I just struggled trying to remove shiny glitter polish from my toe nails and couldn't get it all off, now I know what to do.

What a GREAT idea! I'll be doing this the next time I have polish to remove!!

PS ~ I LOVE Walton, NY!! My Husband & I, as well as my Dad & Uncle, have camped in Downsville for YEARS (Peaceful Valley Campground) & have spent LOTS of time in Walton (and MANY other surrounding towns).
