It's so easy and uses only 5 ingredients.
Mix together the light corn syrup, brown sugar and water and heat on the stove until your candy thermometer says 210 degrees. Then add several drops of the maple flavoring and the vinegar once. I then pour the mixture in a glass jar and let it cool in the fridge before I put it in the recycled pancake syrup bottle. :)

Thanks for the recipe, and it's interesting to know a tiny amount of vinegar will prevent the syrup from crystallizing.
