Lemon for Cleaning Copper

To clean a copper pot, just wet the pot sprinkle on some salt then cut a lemon in half, rub the pot and, walla, shines very good. I use this myself when I have no copper cleaner.

Hi Bonnie..I personally have not tried the lemon/salt tip, but I have used ketchup. Just smear it all over the bottom of the pot and rub off with a sponge or dish cloth. Works pretty good. Thanks for sharing your tip.
