Butter a baking dish and put 1/2 of bread crumbs in bottom. Put macaroni in; chop 3 eggs over the macaroni. Add chicken and top with the rest of the bread crumbs. Make a thin gravy with broth and seasoned salt, pepper and sage. Pour on until you can see it. Do not cover. Bake 35 minutes in 375 degree F oven.

This would taste almost the same as what my Grandmother used to cook and we loved it! She stewed her chicken until done, removed it from the broth, made a thickener out of canned milk and flour and stirred it into the broth and seasoned with salt and pepper, if needed. Then she cut boiled eggs in half and added to the hot chicken gravy. It was delicious!
