Filter out the clumps and you can use it to clean up oil spills in the garage or wherever. Just pour over spill and let sit for a bit then sweep the litter back and forth a few times.
It's not a good idea to re-use used kitty litter whether it's clay or clumping because cat feces carries disease (actually all meat eating creature feces can spread disease) ... Even clumping litter has been contaminated simply because the feces have been on it ...

Throw it out in the trash...there is no good (or safe) use for used kitty litter.
We use it to place around our flowers and shrubs in our yard as a mulch/fertilizer. Has worked great on our morning glories, roses, hollyhocks and peonies.
