The photo is taken in Norco, California which was my home town growing up. It is a horse friendly community, they have the right away over cars and you can ride anyplace in the town. There are hitching posts all over at shopping malls, grocery stores, and even doctors' offices. I miss that horse town. Look it up online. You may want to live there, but it is very expensive now to buy a home. Every place has at least 1/2 acre for animals.
