Watergate Cookies

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 box pistachio pudding mix
• 1/2 cup salad oil
• 3 tsp. club soda or 7-Up
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Mix in the above order. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
