Are there any recipes, like cookies or something else that can be made with Coffee-mate Irish cream, creamer?

I use them in place of milk or powdered milk in recipes. I use 1/3 cup powder coffee mate and 3/4 cup water or just substitute the liquid for the milk called for. Really makes a flavor difference in plain cake or cupcake recipes! Good luck.
Coffee Mate is great to use when you run out of milk and want porridge, makes it really creamy
There are quite a few on the CoffeeMate site: www.coffee-mate.com/
I also use them in place of milk. When making french toast instead of using milk. I usually use the cinnamon bun. God speed
As long as there are no corn allergies make up some in a glass. I nuke water and add creamer to the right colour. Stir with fork to mix well.
It works great for gravy, chowders, biscuits, pancakes, etc.I use in my Bisquick bulk mix, my bulk pancake mix, etc
