Cheese Sauce:
In large skillet, cook onion in margarine until tender. Ad ham, eggs and scramble until set. Add mushrooms and cheese sauce. Mix slightly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and simmer to desired consistency.
For Sauce: Melt margarine and blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk. Cook, stirring until bubbly. Stir in cheese until melted. Double this recipe for cheese sauce if you add more ham and eggs.
