Taco Casserole With Cottage Cheese?

I saw a recipe for a taco casserole that had cottage cheese in it. Can someone help me find it?

Cookie cutters shaped like bones or fire hydrants are cute for this recipe.

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Cook egg noodles according to package directions. 3 While noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low, add the tomato sauce, stir well, and let simmer for 1 minute. Add the cream cheese and cottage cheese, stirring together until well blended. Then stir in the egg noodles and sour cream until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. 4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. This taco casserole recipe is an easy way to enjoy the flavors of tacos in one convenient dish. This taco casserole is also terrific for potlucks.

Prep Time: :
Cook Time: :
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. mild chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream (low-fat is okay)
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat is okay)
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (or 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack)
2 cups tortilla chips
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef. Brown on all sides. Add chili powder, cumin, black pepper and salsa to the skillet. Cook several minutes to allow flavors to come together. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, cottage cheese and 1 cup of the shredded Mexican cheese. Scatter half of the tortilla chips over the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the meat mixture, then the cottage cheese mixture.
Spread the remaining tortilla chips on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of shredded Mexican cheese. Top with fresh cilantro.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5-10 until cheese melts. I don't know if this helps, but it might be what you're looking for. Good luck!
