In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; blend well. Into each parfait glass, spoon about 1 tablespoon pie filling. Repeat layering. Top with dollop of cheese mixture and, if desired, 1/2 tablespoon sliced almonds. Chill before serving. Makes 8 servings.
