Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in baking dish. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over veggies. Mix Bisquick, margarine and nutmeg until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese sauce. Bake until crumbs are light brown, about 20 minutes. 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or cauliflower, cooked and drained, may be substituted for fresh veggies.
