We planted a pomegranate tree over 50 years ago. Birds nesting in our windbreak trees have planted many more over the years. This year I have put more than 5 gallons of pomegranate juice in the freezer from our harvest. The pecans are from our 3 Western Schley pecan trees.

How wonderful! Super healthy juice. Would love to have either one but unfortunately too cold in my area.
We take the seeds out and put them in heavy duty freezer bags whole. We eat them through the year.
