One of my favorite chicken dishes.
Mix soup and rice together and put in bottom of pan. Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the chicken. Seal with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F. Do not peek!

Mix soups (except for the dry onion), water, rice and parsley flakes in small bowl. Pour into Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Arrange the top with boneless, skinless chicken breasts (as many as will cover the top).
Shake up your onion soup mix before opening the package to distribute evenly and sprinkle over top of chicken evenly. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. No need to peek.

Put raw rice into roaster with milk, celery soup and mushroom soup. Stir. Place cut-up chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 300 degrees F - without peeking!
