Champagne Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained
• 10 oz. strawberries, drained
• 3 bananas, sliced (soaked in pineapple juice)

• red food coloring
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup nuts (opt.)

Directions:

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add enough food coloring to make a light pink salad.
