Add a cup of sour cream to cake batter to help make it moist and fluffy. Really good in a chocolate cake. Also lemon cake.

Do you add that in addition to the other ingredients? Sorta like the old mayonnaise cake isn't it? I like the sour cream idea because I love sour cream chocolate cake! Thanks!
