Socks is a 2 year old Maine Coon. I got her and her sister (Queenie) from a friend of my grand daughter's. They were just 7 weeks old then; they are 2 years old now. She likes to chase and catch chipmunks, birds, mice, and moles. If she sees a squirrel she will go after it also, but they are too fast for her.
She is also best friends with my dog, Boonie. She follows him around and lays with him on the porch. I think she thinks she is a dog.
When she wants my attention to be fed, she will crawl up my leg and cry a little until I feed her. She likes to play with her niece and nephew also. They are from Queenie. I didn't catch her in time to get fixed. She had 6 kittens.
She is an outside cat for now, my husband even likes her. He likes the other cats also. He lets me have them in the house, but they wanted out and got fleas, and we had a hard time getting rid of them. So they stayed in the garage for the winter and had the run of the place.

What a beautiful cat. Maine Coons have a great temperament and are great for families. Your fur-baby is very handsome. I love it when they think they are dogs.

A very beautiful Tuxedo Kitty, and one of our favorites breeds. A Maine Coon has such a wonderful personality and disposition. She has a lovely luxurious coat and gorgeous eyes too. You have obviously taken very good care of her, and I'm sure you're repaid with all the love that's in her.

That is a spectacular pose in the baby stroller! I love your darling cat's face and expression! Give him lots of hugs for me~We had a maine coon litter of about eight that we bottle fed, they were in high demand and we were able to find homes for them, they are so wonderful in the home and have the greatest of personalities, more like that of a dog than a cat.
