My sister-in-law made ribs at a family outing for her mom's birthday. They were delicious and she graciously shared her recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 racks of ribs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dry sweet basil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- Generously coat the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil.
- Bake 3 1/2 hours at 250 degrees F.
- Remove from foil and coat with your favorite barbecue sauce and broil to caramelize the sauce.
