Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup soft butter
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 4 tsp. grated lemon rind

• 1 pie shell, unbaked (9 inch)

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in pie shell at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
