Found this idea at Allrecipes but, if you know me, I just have to switch and change things around a bit to suit my taste. Don't forget to serve with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks and the hot sauce bottle for "extra heat" lovers.
Lightly oil grill grate and preheat grill to medium high.
Mix the ground chicken and 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of the hot sauce in a bowl until evenly blended. Form into two patties of appropriate size to fit on the Kaiser rolls (they will be about 3/4 inch thick).
Grill burgers 6 to 7 minutes, flip the burgers over, brush the cooked side with remaining hot sauce and continue cooking until no juices run clear when pricked in the center; about 5 minutes.
Place a lettuce leaf on each roll bottom, top each with a burger patty, evenly spoon blue cheese sauce and celery on burger patties, place the top of the roll on top of all and serve.
