I need to remove rust from commercial VCT (vinyl composition tile) floors. There had been a metal file cabinet on there for 2 years. What do I use?

Zud is the only thing that comes to mind that may work. It has removed rust from porcelain tile floors for me but I haven't tried it on the vinyl tile floors. I hope this helps!
Whink rust remover, little brown bottle, sold in the laundry aisle. Put some on a Qtip and dot it on a small area. Rinse right away just in case, but I've used it on clothing, outdoor carpeting, concrete, etc. The rust should disappear right before your eyes.
I need to remove very thick rust that has accumulated on vinyl flooring that had metal cabinets lodged there for several years.
i just cleaned rust stains from vinyl tile with baking soda and vinegar. These stains were from metal pans set under plants. It worked great just be patient.
