This is nice because you can control the degree of "hotness" that you want.
Saute onions, celery in oil until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Add drained mushrooms, leaving the liquid, tomato sauce, tomatoes and peppers. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir cornstarch into liquid from mushrooms, just enough to thicken to your liking. Add to mixture. Stir in and add chicken and simmer 10 minutes or put into the oven for 10 minutes. Eat over spaghetti noodles.
