Cut steak in pieces and tenderize. Roll in flour and brown. Place in baking dish and cover with soup and mushrooms, drained. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F until steak is tender, about 1 hour.

Hi Robin, this sound yummy. I make something like this, but I put it all in the crockpot. Sometimes I put potatoes(diced) then the steak. Love it.
This sounds real good, and easy. It's a good way to use a cheaper cut of meat and make it tender. I think I'd have to throw in some fresh mushrooms at the end.
Love the sound of this recipe, but I don't care for regular mushroom soup, I'll swap it for the Golden Cream of Mushroom soup.
