I'm looking for cheap easy lunch ideas for myself and my partner. Any helpful hints? We work separate hours and jobs. Thanks.

We like peanut butter & jelly sandwiches.
Hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, pudding/fruit cups, cheese and crackers, potted meat, toss salad and add the dressing when ready to eat; if you have use of a microwave then any leftovers of soups, chili, meatloaf, mac and cheese or sloppy joes would work.
