Buying a Month's Worth of Utilities as a Gift?

Does anyone know if Utilities still let you buy a month of someone's service for a gift? I know some let you but wasn't sure if any still do?

Do they live in your area? If so you could try calling the customer service number on your bill and ask them if they offer that. If they live elsewhere you will need to find the name of their provider. A google search on their city, state and the type of utility might point you in the right direction.
