Yesterday, as the snow was falling, my daughter captured this picture of a bald eagle out in our pastures. We live close to a lake and sometimes have counted up to 16 eagles at one time! They are beautiful and big.

Great photo, and so nice to hear that you are seeing so many of the majestic creatures. It's just
not been very long since they were on the endangered list (and probably still are for that matter), but their comeback is very encouraging, and you are so lucky to be able to enjoy seeing them.

An eagle I spotted, one of 4 that were perched in the back yard. What magnificent birds!
My son-in-law took this picture in their backyard in Orondo Washington. Think these two eagles were sitting in tree waiting for a fish to come along in the Columbia River.
