White Blotches on Engineered Wood Floor?

How do you get rid of white blotches on an engineered wood floor? I think it maybe from moisture. It is a Mannington engineered floor.

I've seen that an equal combination of vinegar and olive oil rubbed on with a clean cloth would remove white spots on furniture so that might work. I'd suggest being very careful to not leave the floor oily so people won't slip and fall.

A safe thing you can try is to break a shelled raw pecan in half and rub it over the stain.

I'd contact the store you bought the floor from for their input or see if Mannington has a web site with a customer service number.
