I accidentally bought raw pistachios thinking they were just roasted and shelled. They're expensive, so I need to know how to roast them. I have sea salt. Do I just stick them in the oven or could I do it in a skillet?

Either way but I prefer the oven. Just remember, you don't have to leave them in there but a few minutes. You can burn them easily so keep checking them.
