Combine first 6 ingredients with 2 tablespoons water in large bowl, beating until well blended and mixture forms a ball. Pat into 7x11 inch pan, smoothing top. Melt and blend remaining ingredients together in double boiler. Spread smoothly over peanut butter mixture. Cut into squares when cooled.

Couldn't get first 6 ingredients to form a ball. Can Robin, who posted this recipe, leave feedback as to any suggestions.
Editor's Note: We contacted Robin, who made the recipe again to test it out. Here is what she said. Hope it is helpful.
I just got finished making these and had no trouble whatsoever with the recipe. The only thing I did differently is I used 1/2 stick of butter instead of 1 whole stick. I'm really not sure, though, that that is enough to make that big of a difference. I had no trouble getting the mixture to ball up at all. Not sure what the problem is, but I might suggest trying 1/2 stick of margarine and see if that makes any difference. They are VERY good and SO quick to make!
