My friend picked all my grapes, he did not know to wait till October. What can I do with them? I have them in a paper bag. Please help me.

Lay them out and see if they ripen. If not, give them to the birds. They will have a feast with them.
I would think you could freeze them, whole, not cooked. I froze regular red grapes from the grocery and they are really good to eat right out of the freezer.
