I have an HE 4t Kenmore washer. I've replaced the board two times in 5 years. Can anyone help me by giving me info on the law suit that's going on. Thanks.

Go to Google and use the search box. If there are claims that were filed by other consumers on this washing machine you should be able to find information on a law suit.
Check this link:
www.theworldofwashers.com/
It shows a link to a legal firm in San Francisco handling class action complaints, but the page dates to 2009. Whether that's still in effect, not sure.
If you scroll down that page, you'll also see a few comments from Kenmore washer owners who dealt directly with Sears (the phone numbers appear on the page) and Sears compensated them for the boards whether they were within warranty time or not.
It may be worth your time to deal directly with Sears; if it's a known problem and some people have been compensated without having to go through with a lawsuit, chances are you may also be reimbursed directly from the company ( without the wait time that lawsuits take and handing a percentage to an attorney).
Just a thought.
I would also deal directly with Sears. I've heard of several examples where Sears stood behind their products and they consistenly get good reviews for customer service.
