Simple Lemon Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• pinch of pepper

Directions:

Pour lemon juice into bowl, slowly whisk in olive oil and then whisk in salt and pepper. Store covered in the refrigerator.
