You might want to try the local craft festivals or fairs. I have seen these at the last two I went to.
Why not make your own? I have several different bottles stuffed with christmas lights sitting in a corner of my kitchen. It looks really nice. Especially if you use differt color bottles. If you're not a wine drinker, get bottles from friends/neighbors.
How do you cut a hole in the bottle without breaking it? Is there a special drill bit?
