This is a nice change from an ordinary slice of cake.
Cut 12-18 12-inch squares of heavy-duty foil; set aside. Cut 1-inch slice from top of each orange. Scoop out orange fruit and pulp. Leave peel intact as a baking cup.
Prepare cake according to package directions. Fill each orange peel 2/3 full with prepared cake batter. Replace top of each orange. Place one filled orange in center of foil piece. Bring foil together at top and twist to make airtight. Place in coals for 15-20 minutes.

It certainly is interesting & may I suggest one more tip that you slice a tiny slice from bottom of orange so that it will sit upright on foil. Sounds like a beautiful presentation.
