These wraps freeze well, so feel free to make a double or triple batch to freeze as soon as they are cooled and placed in airtight containers.
Cook ground beef, while stirring to break up, along with the onion and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Sprinkle flour over mixture, stir to blend, add BBQ Sauce and Steak Sauce and simmer, stirring often, for 15 to 25 minutes or until thickened and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon an equal amount of mixture along the center of each tortilla, wrap burrito style and serve.

This is one our son will love. I'll probably have to substitute Manwich in the can for the BBQ sauce, but that's easy enough to do. For some reason, the young people of today seem to like "wraps" a lot better than hamburger buns. That's OK by me, I guess as long as I know what's going on. :-)
