Quick and easy, what more needs said!
Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Add water and seasoning, mix. Bring to boil. Stir in rice.
Sprinkle with Cheese, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Garnish with sour cream and more cheese.
