Cinnamon Thumbs

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 5 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups flour, sifted
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour, using pastry blender. Pinch off pieces of dough and roll into large marble-sized balls. Press slightly with thumb to flatten. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown. While cookies are still warm, roll them in cinnamon-sugar.
