Ivy Bowl Centerpieces?

I need an easy centerpiece using ivy bowls if possible for an informal get-together involving men and women. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Purchase some keylimes which are small and fill the ivy bowl with the keylimes; fill with water, add any type of small flowers to fill the bowl. Or...you can slice the keylimes in thin slices and add to the ivy bowl and add the flowers.

Add a pretty satin ribbon tied in a bow to the rim of the ivy bowl; add a piece of baby's breath flower to the bow.

Hi. Depending one the occassion you can put little pebbles in there and put a white stick candle in there for the soften touch. For fathers day put fish made of faric, for religious put special sayings on the rocks "Life is great", "Love is beautiful". Or you can have all the men put favorite memories on a paper and the print on the outside. For the little guys put legos in them. Do whatever can fit in the ivy bowls that the guys like.

Fill the ivy bowl with flat marbles, then at the top put a silk flower or flowers (depending on size of bloom) - leaving just enough stem to poke in the marbles to hold. I've seen these and they look very striking.
