Cook orzo al dente according to package directions. Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat, saute garlic until golden brown, remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir well. Drain orzo, without rinsing, place back in pot or in a serving bowl, add parsley, toss and serve.

Oh, this sounds so good, just perfect for me! I love pasta, lemon, and garlic. And this is simple, too. I love the addition of parsley. All these things are good for you. I will definitely have to try this one. thank you for posting it.
