This is a very frugal and easy recipe. My Dad made these for us as kids growing up, and the variations are endless. There was never a flavor that I didn't like.
Spread each cracker with butter or margarine (about 6 crackers for each person). Line them up on a jelly roll pan, or cookie sheet, either covered with aluminum foil or sprayed with cooking spray. Place a topping on each cracker of the first long row. Then use another topping for the next long row of crackers, and so on. Example: Top 1st row with cinnamon sugar, 2nd row with grated cheese, 3rd row with seasoning salt, etc. This provides variety. You can simply top every cracker with the cinnamon/sugar mixture, if you'd like. Place in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 15 minutes. You will know they are done when the crackers have turned a light brown, and the topping has melted onto the crackers. Enjoy!
