Wildlife: Roseate Spoonbill (Florida)

To see these birds in the wild is a thrill. Unfortunately they became rare because their feathers were once used to adorn ladies' hats. Fortunately they are now protected and making a slow comeback. I live in Florida and when I see them I am thrilled.

Thanks for the the picture and information. I live in Michigan and probably won't ever have an opportunity to see one.
