Alternative Uses for Broken Bandsaw Blades?

Does anyone have alternative uses for broken-at-the-weld bandsaw blades? Basically, these are 93" loops of steel and are anywhere from 1/8 to 1/2 inch wide, depending upon what kind of wood the person is cutting. Some blades have long, big teeth while others can have smaller looking and smaller spaced teeth.

In the past, I have used 3 inch pieces as a "tear off" for a wall memo pad with a cash register tape (winding down) for the paper. But, 3 or 4 bandsaw blades would make enough memo boards to cover every square inch of our home!

Keep in mind, that if they are used outside, they will rust. Also, the edges are still pretty much sharp, just not for wood anymore. Thanks. Joann
