Topping:
Dissolve gelatins in hot water. After they are dissolved in hot water, add cold water. Stir in pineapple and bananas. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Cover top with marshmallows. Set until firm, about 1 hour. For topping: Mix butter, flour, sugar, pineapple juice, and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Stir and let cool completely. Add cream. Mix with beater. Spread over top of gelatin and let cool.
