I called Sealy, they then gave me a Biddiford phone number, 1-800-789-6441. They were very helpful and will replace the faulty controller, no cost to me. Excellent service.

I have a king size bed electric blanket with 2 controls. One is not heating and the letter E is displayed. What does the letter E mean? Do we replace the dual controls or if there is a solution to the problem; how is it solved?

E means a bad heating element. My research shows there is no replacement part you can buy so you are going to have to buy a new blanket.

My housekeeper ran over the cord for my electric blanket with the vacumn cleaner. The outer coating was torn away and copper wires are exposed. Where can I get another control? It is a Sealy, LotNo:100312-2A. It was made for Biddeford Blankets. Help!
