Take a gallon empty, clean milk jug that has a cap. Hang it from a low branch with a piece of rope. After filling jug with water, poke a hole about 1/4 inch circular (use a screw driver) in the bottom of the jug. Loosen cap at top and water will flow out and you can wash your hands and face without having to hold the jug of water. Loosening or removing the cap brings air into jug to help water flow out of hole in bottom. You can wash and rinse your hair this way and use warm water.

Also forgot to tell you, take a bar of soap and put in clean panty hose, tie a knot in it and then hang on top of water jug. The soap will remain clean and dry and not end up on the ground in the dirt and is always accesible. Also, take a roll of paper towels and thread some rope through the paper towel roll. Hang it above the jug of water so you will have something to dry hands with or hang a towel from rope. Hang it above jug so it won't get wet!!

We use baby wipes. We buy several tubs of generic ones and keep them in the camper. They are also good for a waterless bath.
