Homemade Shake and Bake Mixture

"Various seasonings enhance this homemade crumb mixture for coating and baking chicken. Use this like you would use the store-bought stuff. This in just as good, to me and my family!"
Ingredients:
4 cups dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Homemade Shake Bake
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Mix all thoroughly and store in a jar in refrigerator. Use as needed for chicken, pork chops, or fish.

Homemade Shake and Bake Chicken
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. garlic and onion powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. celery seed
Place all ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to mix well.
Wash pieces of chicken, dry, then shake in bag. Place coated chicken on a greased cookie sheet or cover cookie sheet with foil wrap and grease lightly (shiny side of foil up) and place chicken on foil. Spray chicken pieces lightly with olive oil spray on both sides.
Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until chicken is tender and golden brown and crispy. This amount will do a large chicken, cut into pieces.
