I subscribed to NetZero and want to cancel. I can't find a way to do this. Does anyone have a toll-free number or any ideas for how to reach them to discontinue service?

They are trying to get another month or two of payment out of you. Send a registered letter and a copy of it to your state's attorney general. It will get stopped.
I canceled payment to NetZero years ago. They did nothing about it and I think it's still available to me for free. Quit paying.
