Store Breakables in Liquor Boxes

My family used to run a restaurant/bar and we got TONS of beer boxes. By using the boxes with the dividers inside (used to keep the glass bottles from breaking) to store Christmas ornaments we had a thrifty yet extremely practical way to protect glass ornaments and other breakables!

I went to the local Goodwill and Salvation Army thrift stores and purchased linen napkins. I store ceramics or china either wrapped in the linen napkins or stacked between the linen napkins. With four ceramic pieces, you could take a piece of ribbon or twine and make a bundle, tied at the top. Store it in a Rubbermaid bin or closet or whatever storage unit that you have to store these items.
