Babcocks furniture sells just the frame without the bed usually. About 80 dollars here but most any furniture store should sell just the frame. Used furniture stores might be a good choice just make sure it is sturdy.
Have you tried thrift stores?
Call all the furniture stores in phone book, good luck.
Have you tried your local Freecycle? In fact I just gave one away.
Sam's has the metal frame if that suits your needs. I would suppose Costco does also.
